From a hardware perspective our specialty is the Panasonic Toughbook Series. These Toughbooks (Laptops), are generally intended for use in harsh and demanding environments (i.e. emergency services such as EMT’s, in ambulances and police cars, the trucking industry and field geological applications such as oil exploration, refining etc). For the typical business or at home user, where the environment is less demanding, we resell Dell, IBM, HP and Toshiba Laptops. Our Repair Services are priced very competitively. We can often times diagnose a problem remotely which can reduce down time. Logistically, you bring or ship your computer to us for repair which ever is most convenient for you. Our turnaround times are typically within a day baring the need for long lead time parts. We do keep a large inventory of spare parts on hand for resale and these parts carry the same warranty as our computers. Our Network Administration Services range from design to implementation and extend from home networks to organizations with up to 100 computers. Finally, our Asset Management Programs are designed to assist you in managing the retirement of existing IT capital resources.
