While these laptops and desktops are Grade B (defined as having minor cosmetic damage), they are in good working order. We source these units from the same trusted vendors as our fully reconditioned units. There are four other key points to know about these laptops and desktops and those are: Operating Systems and Software are not included and we can not install either for you. In all cases, the minimum quantity purchase is five (5) units. The price you see applies regardless of the quantity. These units are not subject to our traditional Limited Life Time Warranty - rather, they are sold with a standard thirty warranty covering parts and labor. So who is the right buyer for these units? We find that sales of these units are typically to re-sellers who want to add their own value. For example adding specific operating systems, software and perhaps a vertical solution in a niche market. We also see customers buying these units for re-sale outside of the United States to locations in Africa and South American countries. The third customer we see on this site is the local Small Office/Home Office (SOHO) computer person looking to fulfill a local need for affordable computers. With regard to lead times and shipment. We warehouse these items in our Illinois location. Thus, we suggest that you allow seven (7) days from the order date to shipment. We can accommodate expedited shipment but this is on a case by case bases. Also, we can only ship within the United States and Canada at this time.
