• Trusted volume suppliers with credibility in the quality of products they provide.
• Suppliers cannot be wholesalers of huge mixed lots of unproven product from unknown sources.

Our Purchase Criteria:

• Products can be no more than 3 years old and in good working condition.
• Units must be upgradable to the most recent and accepted operating system.
• If not an existing client, vendor must show confidence by taking an equity position in inventory.

Process for Reconditioning:

• Product received, inspected for usefulness and demonstrate an attractive appearce.
• Units are examined by trained technicians to diagnose any problem areas.
• Rigorous six point testing to ensure all components work properly.
• Updated software is installed - Openoffice, Virus protection, remote diagnostics
• When appropriate, units are disassembled and the parts are used for spares or to build good units.
• Units are cleaned, polished, inventoried and listed on the appropriate pages of our website.

After Sale Support / Actions

• Product has earned inclusion in our Limited liftetime warranty program.
• No charge annual updates and periodic product optimization at our site in Smyrna, Delaware.
