Smyrna, DE – March 2, 2009 – Bob Johnson's Computer Stuff, Inc. today announced that Andrew Gladish has joined their technical staff as Lead Technician. Andrew is a graduate of Kent County Polytech in Delaware and has earned technical certifications including A+ and Net+. He brings extensive experience in IT Operations including break/fix, help desk and network administration. Prior to joining Bob Johnson's, Andrew held positions with Proctor and Gamble, Circuit City. Go-2-IT and also did contract work with both Hallafax and The Delaware Department of Transportation (DELDOT). Andrew's prior experience also includes hands-on IT support of over 200 users of Desktop, Server and Peripheral devices. In his new role at Bob Johnson's, Andrew will be responsible leading the technical efforts concerning refurbishment and repair of computers (predominantly Panasonic Toughbooks) and both legacy and newer traditional laptops and desktop computers along with network administration for our customers. With regard to Andrew's initial performance at Bob Johnson's Computer Stuff Inc., Pete Teague, Sales & Marketing Manager commented: “Andrew is our third hire from Polytech and like his predecessors, he immediately demonstrated a great presence with customers”. Marisa Johnson, Operations Manager added: “Andrew is coming up to speed quickly - not easy to do in a fast paced environment supporting a diverse set legacy and current products”. As the company celebrates the addition of Mr. Gladish, it expressed mixed emotions regarding the recent departure of Nathan Reisinger. Mr Reisinger has elected to attend Northwestern Technical College in Georgia on a full time bases where he will be studying Forensic Computing. Regarding Mr Reisinger's departure, Bob Johnson, Owner of Bob Johnson's commented “While we are sorry to see Nate leave, we are delighted that he is pursing further education which will help propel his success and opportunity in this industry”.
